An event every week that begins at 4:30 pm on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until May 6, 2022
Get FIT this spring in this 12-week fitness, weight loss and behavior change program run by the experts atthe Fitness Institute of Texas. The goal of Get FIT is to help participants improve their fitness, lose body fat and implement health behavior changes that can be maintained for a lifetime. Held outdoors in our Family Garden, these workouts are a balanced mix between cardiovascular and resistance training. Designed for adults of any age and fitness level who want to sweat, move and feel good.
This 12-week series will take place each Tuesday and Thursday, February 1 – May 5, 4:30 – 5:30 a.m.
This class will take place in person at the Wildflower Center.年代pace is limited and registration through the University of Texas Fitness Institute of Texas is required. Face masks are optional at this time.Please review our safety guidelines before your visit.
